摘 要:高职教育的发展是由低级到高级、由不成熟到成熟的内在变化过程,这一发展过程的矛盾运动是促进其发展的动力。高职院校自身发展的阶段性与高职教育发展的阶段性是由发展过程中的矛盾运动决定的。高职院校发展的阶段性是由主要任务的区别或主要矛盾的差异所决定的,并具体反映在初创(起步)、成长(发展)、成熟(稳定发展)等发展阶段中。高职院校需要根据自身不同的发展阶段对管理模式做出选择,以适应管理实践活动需要,而管理模式的合理性选择是合规律性、合目的性与合规范性的统一。高职院校的管理模式建构需要在规范到成熟上做出适应发展阶段的价值判断,搞好科学手段运用和基础平台搭建。在以ISO9000质量管理标准为基础的管理体系构建中,做好与具有成熟性标志的卓越绩效准则管理体系的对接准备,并注意对教职工相关意识的培养,促进学校管理由规范走向成熟。The development of higher vocational and technical education is an inner varying process from junior to senior, immature to mature, whose paradoxical movement promotes its development. The stage of vocational and technical college is up to the paradoxical movement in the course of development. The stage of vocational and technical college is decided by the difference of the main task or contradiction, and reflected in the primary, junior and senior developing stage. The vocational and technical college has to choose management model according to the different development stage in itself to adapt to the need of practice, while the reasonable choice of management model is the unity of law, purpose and standard. The management model construction of the vocational and technical college has to make a value judgment to fit in with development stage from standard to mature, apply to the scientific means and set up the basic platform, is ready to cohere with the outstanding achievement management series with the symbol of mature, and pays attention to train the interrelated consciousness of the teaching and administrative staff to promote the college management from standard to mature in the construction of the management series on the basis of ISO9000 quality management standard.
