摘　　要：近年来,高等职业技术教育实现了跨越式发展,取得了巨大成就。与此同时,人民群众对多样化、高质量的教育需求日益增长。建立高职院校质量绩效管理体系,是保证教学质量、促进教学质量提高、推动学校整体发展、增强社会对高职教育的信任度和了解度、使高职教育质量保障常态化的重要途径。本文以三门峡职业技术学院为例,探讨和提出了以创立一个教育质量绩效管理理念系统,建立一个教育服务质量绩效体系文件系统,构建以四大基本过程为基础的质量管理体系和控制教育服务的8个关键过程为主体的教育服务质量绩效管理体系。In recent years, the education in higher vocational colleges has made great achievements through the leaping development. Meanwhile, people have a increasingly growing need for the diversified and high-quality education. The establishment of the Quality and Performance Management System is an important measure to guarantee and improve the teaching quality, to promote the overall development of a school, to strengthen people’s belief and understanding of the higher vocational education and to normalize the quality guarantee of the higher vocational education. This paper, by taking Sanmenxia Polytechnic as an sample, discusses and poses the establishment of the education quality and performance management system, which takes the following content as its main body – the establishment of a concept system for the education quality and performance management, the setup of a document system for the education quality and performance management, the construction of the quality management system based on the four fundamental processes and the eight key processes of the education service control.
