上颌牙齿前突拔牙矫治的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨上颌牙齿前突拔牙矫治的方法及矫治前后的牙关系与侧貌变化。方法15名患者通过头颅定位侧位片与记存模型,分析硬组织指标、软组织面型特征,探讨错机制,制定矫治方案,减数拔除双侧上颌第一双尖牙齿,采用方丝弓矫治器进行矫治。结果正畸矫治前后上颌前牙突度发生变化,前突上牙内收,前牙覆覆盖关系正常,软组织凸面型改善。结论上颌牙齿前突减数矫治,有助于上颌和上牙弓的突度减小,使软硬组织面型之间的形态结构一致,特别对上牙弓突度的改善是肯定而持续的。Objective To investigate methods of treating anterior maxillary teeth protrusion by tooth extraction,and changes of the occluding relation and lateral appearances before and after the treatment.Methods The characteristics of soft and hard tissues of 15 patients were analyzed by studying lateral cephalometric radiographs and plaster model,then the mechanism of malocclusion was probed and the scheme of treatment was formulated,the malocclusion was treated by edgewise appliance after extracting bilateral maxillary first bicuspids.Results Tooth protrusion and facial profile changed in all patients.Maxillary teeth were retracted,and the overjet and overbite were adjusted to right relations,and soft convex tissues face type was improved.Conclusion The method of treating anterior maxillary teeth protrusion by tooth extraction could decrease maxillary dental arch,help conform the form of soft tissues and hard tissues.
