新疆高校体育院系武术教师现状调查研究

摘　　要：武术教师在武术教学中起着非常重要的作用,他们关系到武术教学效果的优劣。文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、逻辑分析法、数理统计法等研究方法,对新疆各高校体育院系武术教师的现状展开了调查,并针对存在的问题,提出相应的对策与建议。The Wushu teachers play an important role in Wushu teaching,and they will affect the teaching effect of Wushu.By means of literature reviews,inverstigations,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to make an investigation on present situation of the teacher of Wushu in P.E.,departments of general universitaries and colleges in Xinjiang and offers some suggestions for the present problems.
