摘　　要：文化变迁对文化的发展具有正负两种效应,少数民族传统体育校本化实际上是一种文化的变迁现象。校本化发展具有保护、弘扬和传播少数民族体育文化,促进少数民族传统体育文化现代化以及开发民族体育资源,补充校本教材的正向功能和价值;同时,校本化发展也存在文化悖论、传播悖论和传承悖论。这些悖论来自于少数民族体育文化内在结构上的自我相关性,源于民族体育文化价值、功能上的二重性和不确定性。Cultural evolution has two effects.In fact,the school-based development of minorities' traditional sports is a phenomenon of cultural evolution.The development of school-based has the positive values such as protecting and spreading the culture of minorities' traditional sports,promoting the modernization,exploiting minorities' sport resources and has the negative value which is called paradox.This paradox comes from the intrinsic construction of minorities' traditional sports culture.
