摘　　要：当前,贫困地区人口参与全民健身的状况不容乐观,文章运用文献资料法、调查法等研究方向,找出贫困地区人口参与全民健身的制约因素。进而从武术的角度分析在贫困地区大力开展武术活动的合理性和可行性,并提出可行性建议,以促使农村贫困地区人口更好地参与全民健身。The participation conditions of people in poverty-stricken areas are not optimistic in the nation-wide fitness program. With the methods of document study, investigation and others, the paper tries to find out the restricting factors influencing poor areas people participating the nation-wide fitness, then tries to offer some practical suggestions in view of the rationality and feasibility of developing Wushu in the poor areas, in order to promote poor areas rural people participating the nation-wide fitness program.
