制度伦理:伦理资源转化的“组织化”中介

摘　　要：中国传统伦理资源向现代性伦理资源的转化,植根于中国当代现实的伦理生活。伦理资源转化中介的基本特性包括伦理生活基础性、主体自由创造平台性、伦理资源中转性。制度伦理具有依据伦理和支持伦理两层内涵、创管者道德和成员道德两个前提、鼓励保障和限制约束两种功能、逻辑态和实践态两种形态。制度伦理的逻辑态接近实践态,现存的制度伦理接近现实的制度伦理,使制度伦理担当传统伦理资源向现代性伦理资源转化的"组织化"中介成为可能。The transformation of China's ethic resources into modern ones are rooted in the present ethic life.The features of its transformation includes basis of ethic life,platform of subject's free innovation,and changes of ethic resources.Ethic of system has two levels of both supporting theory and being supported by theory,two premises of virtues from managers and members,two functions of encouragement and restrictions,two forms of logic and practice.When logic form is close to practice,it's possible for ethic of system to change from its traditional resources of ethic to modern ones.
