摘　　要：深入研究河北省国有企业不良资产的特征与对策,是促进国有经济又好又快发展的当务之急。河北省国有企业不良资产的特征表现为结构特征和产业特征两个方面,而对不良资产的处置应坚持市场化、社会化等基本原则。处置对策包括选择"资产管理中心模式"为主要模式,进一步完善国有企业法人治理结构,建立多方位的现代监管机制,以及国有企业不良资产治理体系等。It is a pressing matter that has a bearing on well and quickly developing state-owned enterprises to deeply study the characteristics and countermeasures of state-owned enterprise bad assets of Hebei province.The characteristics of state-owned enterprise bad assets of Hebei province show in two aspects of structure and industry.Handling the bad assets should adhere to the principles of market and socialization etc.The countermeasures are to take 'assets management center' as the main model,further perfect corporate governance structure of state-owned enterprise,build multi-aspect supervise mechanism and construct a set of governing system of state-owned enterprise bad assets.
