摘　　要：文章运用文献资料研究方法,对当前大学生体质现状,以及高校开展阳光体育运动的必要性与学校体育建设等方面的问题进行了探讨,认为开展阳光体育运动是一个长期而持久的工作,学校必须重视,领导带头,并制定长远规划,建立长效机制,才能真正落实到每一个学生。The status quo of students' physical fitness, the necessity of developing sunny sport activities in university and the PE construction of university etc have been investigated in this paper with the method of document study. The paper figures out that it is a long period of time and permanent work for developing the sunny sport activities. Therefore, we must make schools pay great attention to it, meanwhile we need to formulate a long-term program and establish an enduring effective mechanism. Senior leaders take the leading role in involving the sunny sport activities and set a good example for every single student to participate in this program.
