摘 要:由于矿用电机车直流架线供电距离长,直流供电电压波动范围大,给实际生产带来了很多困难。为了克服这些困难,本文采用双极式调制方式的桥式直流斩波器实现电机的可逆正反转,介绍了直流斩波器的工作原理和其占空比的控制算法,以及PWM控制器的信号产生电路,电机采用转速、电流双闭环控制,通过H桥PWM斩波电路调压,构造出系统的仿真模型,并进行了Matlab仿真实验和结果分析,结果表明可以解决电压波动大的问题,而且可以实现电机节能。Because DC supplies power distance are long and the larger variable range of DC supply power voltage in mining electric locomotive. It brings lots of difficulty to the factual production . In order to overcome these difficulties, it takes bipolar modulation bridge DC chopper to make the motor turn along two directions. It shows the theory of DC chopper and the algorithm of how to control duty cycle control, as well as PWM controller signal generator circuit. We use double closed-loop control of speed and current. It tune the voltage by the H-bridge PWM chopper circuit and constructed system simulation model. We carry out the Matlab simulation and tune the voltage by PWM chopping. The result shows the control can solve the problem and the mining electric locomotive can save energy.
