摘 要:为提高真空断路器的开断和关合性能,提高真空断路器的可靠性,本文提出了一种新型高压断路器直线伺服电机操动机构,并结合永磁直线同步电机的d-q轴数学模型及推力特性,对新型操动机构的控制进行了分析。设计了基于DSP的动触头位置、速度闭环控制方案,选用了高精度光栅尺作为速度、位置传感器,满足了系统实时性和高精度的要求。最终实现了高压断路器分、合闸操作时对动触头运动控制、调节,使其能够按照预定理想曲线进行运动,从而有利于提高断路器开断、关合能力和改善断路器的机械电气寿命和运行可靠性。To improve the capacity of the vacuum circuit breaker of open and ciose. The linear servo motor mechanism of high-voltage circuit breaker is presented and the control to new operating mechanism is analyzed according to the d-q axis mathematics modal and the thrust characteristics and of the permanent magnetic synchronous motor. The closed-loop control scheme of location and speed of the moving contact is designed based on DSP. The High accuracy grating is chosen as the speed and location sensors by which the requirement of the real-time and high accuracy in the system can be fulfilled. At last,the control and regulation on the moving contact movement during the opening and closing of the high-voltage circuit breaker are realized which make the movement curve same as the ideal one. So,the opening and closing abilities and running reliability of circuit breaker are enhanced and lifespan of the mechanism and electric is improved.
