摘　　要：目的通过调查急救死亡病例,查找急救过程中的薄弱环节以及各环节存在的问题,为全市急救网络的升级和加强内涵建设提供客观依据,从而降低急救死亡率和伤残率。方法以市卫生局领导挂帅设立全市急救死亡病例调查领导小组,并设立技术顾问组、质量控制组和6个调查组;对调查严密设计,实行全程质控,统一标准,做好调查人员的培训。结果顺利完成调查任务,引起政府高度重视。结论调查方案切实可行,科学周密的设计和严密的组织是调查工作的关键。Objective To analyze the experience in designing,organizing,and carrying out of `general survey of death during pre-hospital emergency.Methods A leading group,a technical adviser group,a quality control group,and six investigation groups were established with experts concerned as their members and the administrative leaders of relevant sections as their directors.An investigation form of prehospital emergency death,including 65 items,and an investigation form of emergency strength,including 62 items were developed.Relevant medical documents in the hospitals of emergency network were consulted.Results The general survey was successfully completed and won the attention of the government that approved to appropriate money to improve the emergency network in Shenzhen.Conclusion The keys of successful investigation include well-developed program,scientific design,and good organizing.
