摘　　要：目的验证中文版动作活动记录量表(MAL)在卒中患者中的重测信度和同时效度。方法36例处于亚急性期或慢性期的卒中患者参与本研究。对患者进行中文版30个项目的MAL的使用量量表(AOU),动作质量量表(QOM)和上肢动作研究量表(ARAT)评价。结果同一评价者两次AOU和QOM的评分评价结果之间具有高度的一致性,组内相关系数(ICC)均为0.998,MAL的AOU和QOM的评分与效标工具ARAT评分之间显著相关(Spearman等级相关系数分别为0.764和0.723,分别P<0.01)。结论中文版MAL在卒中患者中具有良好的重测信度和同时效度。Objective To verify the test-retest reliability and concurrent validity of the motor activity log(MAL) for assessing real-world quality of movement (QOM) scale and amount of use (AOU) scale of the hemiparetic arm in stroke survivors. Methods Thirty-six stroke patients in subacute or chronic period participated in this study. Each patient performed the action research arm test (ARAT) and a 30-item MAL. Results The intraclass correlation coefficient(ICC) of test-retest reliability was 0.998 both for AOU and QOM. The correlation coeff icients with the ARAT score (Spearman’s rho) were 0.764 and 0.723(P<0.001) for AOU and QOM respectively. Conclusion The MAL has showed good test-retest reliability and concurrent validity in patients with stroke in our study.
