摘　　要：目的研究水通道蛋白(Aquaporin,AQP)1、2、3在人睾丸肿瘤组织的分布及表达情况。方法选取经手术切取的睾丸肿瘤组织10例,应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测AQP1、AQP2、AQP3的分布及表达。结果在睾丸肿瘤组织中AQP1主要表达在微血管内皮细胞;AQP2及AQP3主要表达在睾丸肿瘤细胞的胞膜及胞质内。结论AQP1、AQP2及AQP3表达于睾丸肿瘤组织,说明睾丸肿瘤组织水通道蛋白表达增加。Objective To study the disposition and expression of aquaporin( AQP) 1,2,3 in human testiculoma tissue.Methods The expression and disposition of AQP1 ,AQP2 and AQP3 in 10 cases with testiculoma tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results In testiculoma tissues, AQP, mainly expressed in the endothelial cells of capillary; AQP2 and AQP3 expressed in the cell membrane and periplasm of the testiculoma. Conclusion The expression of AQPs are obviously increased in testiculoma tissues.
