前列地尔联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗塞疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察前列地尔(PGE-1)联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法急性脑梗死80例随机分为治疗组40例及对照组40例;治疗组予奥扎格雷80mg(加入0.9%生理盐水250ml中)联合前列地尔10ug(加入0.9%生理盐水250ml中)静脉滴注,1次/d,治疗14d。对照组予丹参30ml(加入0.9%生理盐水250ml中)联合脉络宁30ml(加入0.9%生理盐水250ml中)静脉滴注,1次/d,治疗14d。全部病例治疗前后均作头颅CT或MRI检查。结果治疗标准按痊愈,显著好转,好转,无效划分;治疗组分别为15,13,9,3例;总有效率为93.5%;对照组分别为9,7,15,9例;总有效率为76.5%(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔联合奥扎格雷治疗急性脑梗死的疗效优于丹参联合脉络宁的治疗效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of PGE-1 combined with Ozagrel in treating acute cerebral infarction.Methods Seventy-five patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treated group(treated by combined injection of PGE-1 and Ozagrel) and the control group(treated by injection of Mailuoning).All patients received the examination of CT or MRI before and after the treatments.Results The effective rates were 95% and 73% in treated group and control group respectively.The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.01).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of PGE-1combined with Ozagrel is better than that of Mailuoning in treating Acute Cerebral Infarction.
