摘  要:目的寻找更好的高脂饲料喂给方法;观察大鼠与家兔高脂血症模型的特点,为建立合理而实用的高脂血症动物模型提供依据。方法用自制的固体高脂食料自然采食法喂养SD大鼠、新西兰家兔制备高脂血症模型,并对两种动物模型特点进行比较。结果家兔2~3周可形成高脂血症,大鼠4周可形成高脂血症。自然采食法与高脂乳剂灌胃法相比高脂血症形成的时间和血脂增高的程度基本相同。结论改进后的自然采食法比灌胃法优点多且效果相同。家兔比大鼠易形成高脂血症模型,特别是高胆固醇血症。Objective To find a better way of feeding the rat and the rabbit on the high fat forage and observe the hyperlipemia model features of the rat and the rabbit,providing basis for forming a more rational and practical hyperlipemia animal model.Methods Use the selfeating method to feed the SD rat and the New Zeal-and rabbit on the high fat solid forage made byself to form hyperlipemia model,and compare the features of the two animal model.Results The hyperlipemia in the rabbit’s body will come to being within two to three weeks,while in the rat's body will be four weeks.Comparing the method of self-eating and the method of down pouring with lipidemia emulsion,they are roughly the same on the forming time of hyperlipemia and the degree of the fat growing.Conclusion The improved self-eating method has more advantages and the same effects.The rabbit more easily becomes hyperlipemia model than the rat,especially hypercholesterolemia.
