摘 要:目的观察心理干预疗法在口腔正畸临床治疗过程中的作用。方法268例口腔正畸患者随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组在正畸治疗的同时根据患者不同心理问题进行认知宣教、心理疏导、心理治疗,使患者能够正确认识矫治的必要性并主动配合治疗,对照组则只是给予常规的正畸治疗。根据自制心理评估表分别在治疗前和治疗后进行测试。结果心理干预组患者的焦虑不安、害羞、性格内向以及自卑等心理问题经过心理干预治疗取得了显著的疗效。结论在儿童和少年进行正畸治疗的同时给予综合心理干预疗法,利于建立起良好的医患关系、取得患者的信任和配合,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the influence of psychosocial intervention on adolescents and children receiving orthodontic therapy.Methods 268 child and adolescents patients who rereceiving orthodontic treatment was divided into 2 groups randomly.The psychosocial intervention group undergo cognitional propaganda and instruction,psychosocial leading,psychosocial intervention while they are accepting orthodontic treatment to make them know the necessity and cooperate withorthdontist,while the control group receiving conventional orthodontic therapy。Testing at pretreatment and posttreatment according to special psychosocial assessment scale..Results There was a significant clinic effect in patient behavior such as anxiety disorder,pudency,introversion and self-abased after psychosocial intervention。Conclusion Comprehensive psychosocial intervention may come into being harmonious orthodontist-patient relationship,acquire patients cooperation and trust,improve clinic therapeutic effect.
