综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察综合康复疗法治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHSAS)患者的临床效果。方法将确诊为SHSAS的患者随机分为综合康复组和对照组。对照组采用常规训练程序治疗;综合康复组在采用常规康复训练基础上加用针灸、理疗、生物反馈、手法康复等综合疗法治疗。治疗前后对2组临床疗效进行比较,采用Fugl-Meyer评定法(FMA)对运动功能进行评分,采用改良Barthel指数(MBI)对日常生活活动能力(ADL)进行评分。结果综合康复组有效率、Fugl-Meyer积分和MBI积分的增加均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合性康复治疗能显著提高SHSAS患者的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke(SHSAS).Methods The study design was a randomized,controlled tria1.Patients with SHSAS were divided into comprehensive rehabilitation group and control group.Conventional treatments were adopted in control group and acupuncture,physiotherapy,biofeedback therapy,massage therapy and so on were adopted in the comprehensive rehabilitation group on the basis of conventional treatments.Before and after treatment,the two groups were assessed by the Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and modified Barthel index(MBI),and clinical efficacy was compared in two groups.Results After treatment,efficient and the gain of scores in the comprehensive rehabilitation group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy is effective in the patients with SHSAS.
