国产奈达铂为主化疗方案在放疗增敏中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨奈达铂(NDP)放疗增敏作用、毒性反应以及处理措施。方法NDP化疗为主方案(NDP+5-FU)的应用和放射治疗同步进行。结果近期疗效CR 10例,PR 5例;骨髓抑制:WBC多为Ⅰ度,约占60%,PLTⅠ度5例,约占30%,HbⅠ度8例,约占53.3%。胃肠道反应轻。结论增敏作用肯定,耐受好。WBC影响相对小,而PIT、Hb影响略高,胃肠反应较小,无需水化。Objective To explore nedaplatin(NDP)effect,toxin reaction and treatment meth- od.Methods Treatment with NDP+5-FU and radiotherapy were poceeded together.Results The recent effect:CR ten cases,PR 5 cases;Bone marrow:WBCⅠdegree,about 60.0%,PLTⅠdegree,5 cases,about 30.0%,HbⅠdegree 8 cases,about 53.3%.The reaction of gastrointernational tract is small.Conclusion Radiosensitizing effect is sure,endurance is fine.It has a little influence on WBC and having a little high in- fluence on PLT,Hb,and the reaction of gastrointernational tract is a light,it is no necessary for hydrate.
