大学生的心理健康与自我接纳的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解大学生心理健康与自我接纳的关系。方法随机抽取唐山市两所大学,采用SCL-90和自我接纳问卷(SAQ)对这两所学校的81名学生进行了调查。结果①SCL-90的总分与SAQ的总分以及SAQ的两个因子:自我接纳和自我评价的得分呈显著负相关;②SAQ与SCL-90的九个因子:强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及第十因子呈显著负相关,而与躯体化的相关无统计学上的意义。结论大学生的心理健康与自我接纳密切相关。Objective To study the correlation of college students' mental health and self-acceptance.Methods 81 college students of the two universities in Tangshan city were investigated by the Self-Acceptance Questionnaire(SAQ)and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results ①Compared with SCL-90,SAQ showed that there were many significant negative correlations in its two factors:the self-acceptance and the self-evaluation;②SCL-90 have the significant negative correlation with SAQ in obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,photic anxiety,paranoid ideation,psychoticism,the tenth factor.but no correlation in somatization.Conclusion There has the close correlation between the college students' mental health and self-acceptance.
