摘　　要：目的探讨皮瓣骨膜悬吊下睑袋切除术的优点、适应症。方法总结280例应用该方法治疗的疗效、并发症发生的几率。结果皮瓣骨膜悬吊下睑袋切除术适用于各年龄段的下睑皮肤松弛患者,下睑外翻几率极低,矫治完全,疗效持久,同时还有提升面中部、改善鼻唇沟深度的效果。结论皮瓣骨膜悬吊下睑袋切除术是去除眼袋、提升面中部、改善鼻唇沟、防止睑外翻的理想术式。Objective To explore indication and strongpoint of lower blepharoplasty of suspending flap to periosteum.Methods Sumed up 280 cases of lower blepharoplasty,including curative effects and the probability of occurring complication.Results The method of suspending flap to periosteum is suitable for patients of any ages whose lower eyelids skin is rather flabby.The odds of occurring ectropion is very small,and the operation effects is perduring.It can lift midface and help flatten the nasolabial fold.Conclusion The method of suspending flap to periosteum is a perfect method of lower blepharoplasty.
