摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下胃窦癌根治手术的方法。方法对10例胃窦癌病人进行腹腔镜下胃癌根治术(D2)。结果本组10例胃窦癌病人均成功地完成手术,平均手术时间:280±50min;平均出血量:180ml±40ml;平均清扫淋巴结:20个±5个。结论腹腔镜下胃癌根治术是安全的,有丰富开腹手术经验和熟练腹腔镜技术结合,能在创伤小的同时,高质量地完成根治性手术。Objective To assess the treatment of gastric cancer by radical gastrectomy under laparoscope. Methods 10 cases of gastric cancer patients were performed radical gastrectomy under laparoscope (D2). Results All the patients with antrum cancer had been performed operation successfully. The average time of operation was 280±50 min; the average quantity of bleeding was 180±40 ml;the average number of lymph nodes resection was 20±5. Conclusion Radical gastrectomy under laparoscope in the treatment of gastric cancer is safe and effective.
