摘　　要：目的研究氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF的检查方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:SHIMADZU ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.05 mol/L枸橼酸溶液(用三乙胺调pH值至4.0)-乙腈(79:21);检测波长:284 nm;柱温:30℃。结果可分离5-HMF,分离度为:3.0。结论本法简便,灵敏,准确,排除了氧氟沙星等成分的干扰,可用于氧氟沙星葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF的检查和质量控制。Objective Study the ofloxacin and glucose injection inside 5-HMF check method.Methods Adopt on HPLC. Choose to use the LC column:SHIMSDZU ODS(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);flow mutually: 0.05 moL/L the aqua of C_6H_8O_7·H_2O(adjust the value of pH to 4.0 with the C_6H_5N)-CH_3CN(79:21);ex- amination wave length:284 nm;Oven temperature:30℃.Results It can separate 5-HMF,separate degree as: 3.0.Conclusion This method is simple, intelligent,accurate,expel the waits the interference of the composi- tion,can used for the ofloxacin and glucose injection inside 5-HMF check controls with the quantity.
