银杏叶制剂减毒作用研究

摘  要:目的探讨复方银杏叶制剂配伍减毒作用。方法观察不同比例刺梨汁粉与银杏叶提取物配伍的小鼠急性毒性结果,并测定不同比例鲜刺梨汁与银杏酸对照品混合后银杏酸的含量。结果银杏叶提取物与刺梨汁粉以1:2比例配伍时小鼠急性毒性最低;而银杏酸与鲜刺梨汁混合比例为1:1时,银杏酸含量降低最多。结论刺梨与银杏叶提取物配伍有利于提高制剂的安全性。Objective To investigate acute toxicity of compound ginkgo biloba and evaluate its safety. Methods The acute toxicity was observed in 14 days after single dose of ig Ginkgo biloba extracts and Rosa Roxburghii Tratt in various proportions in mice,determine the contents of ginkgolic acids in control preparation of ginkgo acids and Rose roxburghii of different proportion.Results The compound ginkgo biloha of Ginkgo bi- lobs extracts and Rosa roxburghii tratt in proportions of 1:2 has the minimal toxicity.And the contents of ginkgolic acids changed with the variations of rose roxburghii tratt,it reach the loweast when the proporation was 1:1.Conclusion The mixture of Ginkgo biloba extracts and Rosa roxburghii trait in certain proportions could increase the preparation's safety.
