摘　　要：本文介绍了广东省高等学校现代教育技术“151工程”项目《糖尿病专题学习网站》的开发过程和网站设计技术,提出“专题探索——网站开发”这种崭新的学习模式,分析网站的体系结构和专题内容板块。评估应用网络教学平台开展在线糖尿病教学,介绍网络课程与课堂授课相结合的教学改革效果,探索基于网络环境的医学教育和病人教育的新模式。This paper introduces the construction and designing of the 'Learning Website in Diabetics Topics', which is a project of modern education technology '151 Engineering' in the colleges of Guangdong Province. The paper presents a new 'special topics studying - website designing' learning model, analyses the system frameworks and the contents of the topic blocks in the website, and evaluates the online diabetes teaching platform. Finally the paper shows us the new model of this online medical and patient education and its effect of this teaching reform in combining the online courses with classes teaching.
