摘　　要：鉴于微软Excel已经在各医院会计核算中的不同程度的应用,但大多是基于会计人员手工操作的,而且多是重复操作,步骤烦琐。基于Excel VBA的动态数据透视表技术可满足日常会计工作需求,从而弥补了第三方医院财务软件统计、分析、汇总等功能之不足。全文旨在介绍利用Excel VBA自动控制数据透视表技术动态生成医院会计科目试算平衡表,以避免会计凭证电算化录入工作中的错误,还可比对分析医院会计科目总帐和明细帐数据在一段时间内的变化特征。Although the Microsoft Excel has already been used in the hospital accounting, but most of them are manual and repeated works. Excel VBA based dynamic PivotTable technology could meet the needs of daily accountancy and supplement the lack of the function of statistics, analysis and summary in third party hospital financial software. This article introduces that the Excel VBA automatic controlled PivotTable technology would generate dynamically the hospital accounting trail calculation balance sheet to avoid the mistakes in accounting document computer entry. It could not only make the data comparison both from general ledger and subsidiary ledger and analyses changing characteristic for a certain amount of time, but also provide the leaderships with timely, exact and available evidence for decisions making.
