摘　　要：以中山大学各附属医院互联平台为例,介绍了基于光交换宽带城域网的医学信息系统平台,探讨了以WDM为传输网基础的宽带城域网和建立医学共享信息系统,并对该系统平台的互联方式和应用技术等进行了分析。This paper analyses the connection mode and technologies applied in the interconnection platform among all affiliated hospitals of Sun Yat-sen University, and introduces the medical information system platform based on Optical Switching Broadband MAN. Even more, it also discusses the Broadband MAN and network platform based on the WDM transport network in order to build the medical information sharing system.
