摘　　要：根据电子病历对书写灵便性、结构性、规范性的要求,分析电子签名的需求、动因、解决方案、实施效果等现状,并整合信息,提出具有丰富知识发现潜在价值的新一代电子病历系统研发模型——富知识发现型电子病历。该模型有利于从临床实践采集海量医疗信息,有利于分析、总结、挖掘和发现其中的诊疗规律与知识,进而推动临床科研一体化尤其是中医药临床研究与方法的现代化;并在提高卫生医疗保健管理与服务质量方面具有广阔前景。By analyzing the demands,solutions and implementation of EMR and electronic signature,integrating the information from EMR,this article presents a new generation development model-the abundant knowledge discovery EMR.This model could collect the massive clinical information,and make information being analyzed,summarized and mined to discover the potential rules and knowledge in clinical diagnosis and treatment.It is sure that the abundant knowledge discovery EMR would promote the clinical researches and methodological modernization in Traditional Chi-nese Medicine,and improve the medical and healthcare management and service quality.
