摘　　要："单病种定额收费制度"已经被临床广为接受,但在实际执行过程中会出现了服务质量降低现象,而引发医疗纠纷。将"临床路径"的思想应用于"单病种"费用控制,制定详细的技术标准和经济标准加以规范,可以有效地监督医疗治疗。而将这一设计思想用软件来实现,更可以在减轻工作量的同时,提高工作效率。Although single-disease cost control has been accepted by hospitals, it still has some problems in practice, such as the declined medical service quality and increased medical disputes. This paper introduces a system which applying clinic pathway to establish a set of technical norms and service standards to ensure the quality of medical service in single-disease cost control.
