摘　　要：车载监护无线传输系统(On Board Monitor Wireless Transferring System,OBMVMTS)实现了救护车上监护波形的Internet无线传输。救护车通过车载电脑实现对监护仪波形数据的接收和解码,并通过CDMA无线传输到目的地医院的接诊电脑上,目的地医院的接诊电脑可通过院内局域网将监护波形发往其它需要观察的区域如120急救中心、医院急诊手术室、医院会诊中心等。On-board monitor wireless transferring system(OBMWTS)is used to transfer the waveform of medical moni- tor via wireless internet.The wave data of the monitor will be received and decoded by a computer in the ambulance car and be transferred wirelessly by CDMA to the'receiving computer'in the hospital which the patient sent to.The waveform will be further distributed to the target departments which the waveform has to be observed by doctors,such as'120'emergency center,emergency operation room or the diagnosis center.
