黄连温胆合剂治疗老年糖尿病胃轻瘫湿热型临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察在常规降糖治疗基础上给予黄连温胆合剂对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫湿热型患者的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的病例36例,给予黄连温胆合剂,每次20ml,早晚各1次,每疗程为2周,连续2个疗程。治疗前后分别测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胃排空试验,观察临床症状的改善情况。结果通过临床观察表明,黄连温胆合剂对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫湿热型总有效率为86.11%,对血糖及糖化血红蛋白无显著影响。结论黄连温胆合剂对老年糖尿病胃轻瘫湿热型患者有明显疗效,适宜在临床推广。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of Huanglian Wendan Heji (Huanglian Wendan Mixture) together with conventional therapy in treatment of damp-heat type of gerontic diabetes gastroparesis (DGP).Methods:36 cases were selected to take Huanglian Wendan Heji(Huanglian Wendan Mixture),twice a day (Mane et Vesp),for 2 consecutive courses of therapy,2 weeks for each course.FPG,2hPG,HbA1c and gastric-emptying test were examined before and after treatment,and improvement of clinic symptoms was observed.Results:The clinical observation suggested Huanglian Wendan Heji had a total efficacy rate of 86.11% for damp-heat type of gerontic DGP,nonetheless,it had no significant impact on plasma sugar and HbAlc.Conclusion:Huanglian Wendan Heji is very effective for gerontic patients with damp-heat type of DGP,and is suitable for clinical generalization.
