用“四度四主法”创新大学生党员教育管理

摘　　要：大学生党员教育管理关系到社会主义祖国可靠接班人的培养,关系到高校的党建工作和正确的办学方向。当前必须高度重视大学生党员的教育管理工作,从思想、组织、方法和内容上加以落实和创新,通过用高度统领"主高点"、用强度占领"主阵地"、用力度建领"主渠道"、用深度引领"主课堂"的"四度四主法",进一步提高大学生党员教育管理工作的成效。The education and management of student Party members concerns the cultivation of successors to the socialist country,the construction of Party work in universities and the right orientation of school running.At present,we must pay attention to the education and management of the student Party members,carrying out and innovating the work in ideas,organization,methods and contents.'Four degree and four major' method is proposed,that is,to take the major height in terms of degree of height,to occcapy the major position in terms of degree of intensity to build major channels in terms of degree of strength and to conduct major class in terms of degree of depth,with a view to further enhancing the education and management of student Party members.
