摘　　要：高校内部教学质量监控体系能否长期有效地运行,对于人才培养质量的提高具有直接的影响。为了使教学质量监控体系能够长期有效地运行,必须建立并不断完善三个保障体系,即组织体系、制度体系、实践体系。组织体系的建设应设立专门机构,制度体系的建设要在切实可行上下功夫,实践体系的建设务必要做到持之以恒。The long-term effective operation of the teaching quality supervision system in universities exerts a great and direct impact on the quality improvement of talent cultivation.To ensure the long-term effective operation of the teaching quality supervision system,three guarantee systems must be constructed and perfected: organizational sys-tem;institutional system;and implementational system.A special unit should be set up in the construction of orga-nizational system.Feasibility must be emphasized in the construction of institutional system.Persistence must be achieved in the construction of implementational system.
