丁醚脲的高效液相色谱分析

摘　　要：介绍了以V(甲醇):V(水)=85:15溶液为流动相,使用VP-ODS不锈钢柱,在240nm条件下使用紫外检测器,对丁醚脲进行高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量.测定方法中丁醚脲的回收率在98.7%～100.1%之间,标准偏差为0.112,变异系数0.652%,证明该方法快速、准确、可靠.The quantitive analysis of diafenthiuron was determination by HPLC.The operating conditions by HPLE were VP-ODS column,V(methanol):V(water)=85:15 as mobile phase and wavelength 240nm.,The recoveriys of diafenthiuron was 98.7%～100.1%,the stand deviation was 0.112 and the correlation of variation was 0.652,,indicating that this method is fast,accurate and responsible.
