摘 要:以苯乙烯和α-十二烯为单体,二乙烯基苯为交联剂,过氧化二苯甲酰为引发剂,采用悬浮聚合法合成聚(苯乙烯-α-十二烯)高吸油树脂,并探讨了其烷基化处理效果。重点研究了α-十二烯用量、交联剂用量以及烷基化处理对高吸油树脂吸油率和凝胶量的影响。研究发现,随着α-十二烯用量增加,高吸油树脂吸油率增加,而凝胶量下降;随着交联剂用量的增加,高吸油树脂吸油率下降,而凝胶量增加;经烷基化处理后,高吸油树脂的吸油率和凝胶量都有所增加,其对甲苯的最大吸油率可达16.8g.g-1,最大凝胶量可达90.2%;此外,高吸油树脂对不同油品的吸油率有所差异。Poly(styrene-α-laurylene)high oil-absorbing resins were prepared by suspension polymerization using styrene and α-laurylene as monomer,divinylbenzene as crosslinker and benzoylperoxide as initiator.The alkylation effect of poly(styrene-α-laurylene)was also studied.In this article the influences of mass ratio of α-laurylene,dosage of crosslinker and alkylation on the oil-absorbing properties were emphatically investigated.As the mass ratio of α-laurylene rose,the oil absorbency of the prepared high oil-absorbing resins increases while the gel fraction of it decreases.However,increasing the dosage of crosslinker caused the inverse variation.After alkalation,the resins had larger oil absorbency and gel fraction,and the maximum oil absorbency to methylbenzene reached 16.8 g·g-1 while the maximum gel fraction achieved to 90.2%.In addition,the oil absorbency of the prepared high oil-absorbing resins to different oil was different.
