摘 要:通过差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了Cu55Zr30Ti15和Cu50Zr40Ti10大块非晶合金的晶化过程.利用K issinger方程得到了Cu55Zr30Ti15和Cu50Zr40Ti10的晶化激活能,两种非晶的第一晶化激活能分别是349.25 kJ/mol和303.93 kJ/mol.探讨了Zr元素对非晶晶化的影响,发现随着Zr元素替代Cu元素,提高了非晶的第一晶化温度.The crystallization processes of Cu55Zr30Ti15 and Cu50Zr40Ti10 bulk amorphous alloys were investigated by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC).The crystal activation energies of Cu55Zr30Ti15 and Cu50Zr40Ti10 alloys were calculated using Kissinger equation.The first crystal activation energies were 349.25 kJ/mol and 303.93 kJ/mol for Cu55Zr30Ti15 and Cu50Zr40Ti10 alloys,respectively.The effect of Zr content on the crystallization of amorphous alloys was discussed.It is found that the first crystallization temperature of amorphous alloys increases with the substitute of Zr for Cu.
