亚甲基蓝对水丝蚓的急性毒性

摘　　要：采用急性毒性实验方法测定了亚甲基蓝对水丝蚓的急性毒性.结果表明:亚甲基蓝对水丝蚓的24、48、72 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为31.6,20.6,18.8 mg/L,作为核染色剂的亚甲基蓝溶液在一定浓度范围内对水丝蚓造成胁迫,影响动物正常行为以至危害生命.We use acute poisoning method to determine how the methylene blue affecting the Limnodilus hoffineisteri.The results show: we use methylene blue to treat L.hoffineisteri in 24,48,72h,the LC50 of L.hoffineisteri are relatively 31.6,20.6,18.8 mg/L.The methylene blue solution that is a kind of nuclear coloring reagent will threaten to L.hoffineisteri in certain concentration,and will affect the behavior or even life of animals.
