摘　　要：通过调查指出目前中小型高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务中存在的缺陷,提出构建合理化参考咨询的模型,并针对模型的重点部分进行了论述,指出图书馆的虚拟参考咨询建设要以本馆实际情况为基础,要以实用为本。This paper points out the limitation of virtual reference service in college library by investigation, puts forward the design of the rational model of virtual reference service, and analyzes the important parts in this model. And thinks that the construction of the virtual reference service should base on the local condition of each library.
