细菌室11年质控工作分析

摘　　要：目的通过细菌室室间质评、室内质控活动,了解和提高本室细菌学检验水平,方法依照《全国临床检验操作规程》、按细菌室日常工作程序,采用ATB细菌分析仪和K-B法,对121株细菌进行鉴定分析,39株细菌进行药敏试验。结果细菌鉴定正确率92.5%、药敏试验符合率约93%。结论临床细菌室间质评是检查和提高细菌检测技术的有力举措之一,而落实室内质控则是检验质量的重要保证。Objective Through the external quality assessment, internal quality controls of bacterum room to understand andraise the bacteriology laboratory level. Methods Adopt the ATB bacterum analytical instrument and K-B method with《the national clinical laboratory operation rule》and daily pursuit procedure in bacterum room carry on authenticatingthe analysis to 121 bacterums,39 bacterums carry on antimicrobial susceptibility test. Results Bacterum authenticatescorrectness 92.5%, the match rates of antimicrobial susceptibility test is 93%.Conclusions External quality assessment ofclinical bacterums,one of emollient measure on check and exaltation bacterum laboratory technical,carry out the internalquality control,which is important to the laboratory quantity.
