前部缺血性视神经病变星状神经节阻滞治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察星状神经节阻滞治疗前部缺血性视神经病变(AION)的疗效。方法将263例(308眼)AION患者随机分成观察组134例(188眼),对照组129例(120眼)。两组除均给予常规静滴扩血管药物外;观察组给予星状神经节阻滞治疗,对照组给予球后注射治疗。结果观察组治愈率、有效率均显著高于对照组;(X2=ρ<0.05)随访12-24月复发率显著低于对照组(X2=ρ<0.05)。结论临床应用星状神经节阻滞治疗前部缺血性视神经病变是最理想的方法之一。Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect of anterior ischemic opathalomic nerve(AION) by Satellite Ganglion block.Methods 263 patients were divided into the route treating group(120 eyes) giving route enlarging vascular drugs and the studying group(188 eyes) giving satellite ganglion block and route treatment.Results Both the healing rate and effective rate of the studying group were significantly higher than the route treating group(ρ<0.05). Following by recurrent rate of them was lower in the studying group than the control group after 12 to 24 months.Conclusion It is one of the best ways treating AION by satellite ganglion block.
