甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎合并盆腔炎50例

摘　　要：目的研究非淋菌性宫颈炎合并盆腔炎的有效治疗方法。方法对50例确诊为非淋菌性宫颈炎合并盆腔炎患者,采用甲磺酸帕珠沙星治疗。观察治疗前后患者症状、体征及病原体的检测。结果总有效率78.0%。结论磺酸帕珠沙星能有效清除病原体,治疗非淋菌性宫颈炎合并锰腔炎效果显著。Objective To study the effective of Pazufloxacin Mesilate in the non梘onococcal cervicitis incorporated with pelvic inflammation Methods 50 patients who were diagnosed non梘onococcal cervicitis incorpotated with pelvic inflammation were enrolled They all received Pazufloxacin Mesilate,Outcomes were assessed by observing the improvement of patients’symptoms.signs and lab findings of pathogeny after the therapy,Result Total effective rate was 78.0%. Conclusion The combined use of ofloxatcin tinidazole and azithromycin could eliminate the pathogeny efficiently And the effect can be enhanced by the assistant treatment of VLH桪 multifunctional theraprutic equipment of pelvic,which could raise the effective drug concentration in pelvic and improve local symptoms and signs.
