生物蛋白胶在硬脊膜损伤修复中的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨生物蛋白胶在硬脊膜损伤修复后预防脑脊液漏的作用机制。方法20例硬脊膜损伤患者术中硬脊膜修复后覆以生物蛋白胶(实验组),18例修复后不作特殊处理(对照组),术后观察脑脊液漏情况。结果实验组一例发生脑脊液漏,实验组和对照组脑脊液漏发生率分别为5%和38.9%。结论硬脊膜损伤修复后覆以生物蛋白胶能有效降低脑脊液漏的发生。Objective To probe the effect of biocolloid on prevention and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage after repairing of dural trauma. Methods 20 patients sustained dural trauma , which were covered with biocolloid (test group) after repairing of dural trauma during operation .Other 18 cases(control group) were not treated especially during operation. The cerebrospinal fluid leakage were observed after operation. Results No cerebrospinal fluid leakage occur in test group. The superior rates of cerebrospinal fluid leakage were 5%and 38.9% respectively in test group and control group.Conclusions Using biocolloid after repairing of dural trauma can reduce the cerebrospinal fluid leakage effectively.
