阿托伐他汀对纯合家族性高胆固醇血症C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的用阿托伐他汀治疗FH,观察其对CRP检测结果的影响。方法将患者分为两组,治疗组使用阿托伐他汀,对照组使用洛伐他汀,分析两者治疗后的数据。结果数据均反映患者的TC、TG、LDL-C下降,HDL-C升高,对CRP升高有减低作用;结论阿托伐他汀能安全有效的治疗FH,且对CRP有明显降低作用。the goal cuts down his sandbank with the atropic to treat FH,observes it to the CRP examination result influence.The method divides into the patient two groups,the treatment group uses the atropic to cut down his sandbank,the compare group uses the Luo river to cut down his sandbank,after analyzes two treatments the data.Finally the data reflected patient'sTC,TG, LDL-C drop,HDL-C elevates,elevates to CRP has decreases the function,;The conclusion atropic cuts down his sandbank to be able safe effective treatment FH,also has to CRP obviously reduces the function.
