生脉注射液联合灯盏花素治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨生脉注射液联合灯盏花素对不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果。方法将84例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在常规综合治疗基础上加用生脉注射液和灯盏花素,以疗效判定标准和心电图特点评价两组的疗效。结果按疗效判定标准进行评价,总有效率治疗组为93.2%,对照组为72.5%,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);按心电图特点评定,总有效率治疗组为90.9%,对照组为65.0%,治疗组的疗效亦明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论生脉注射液联合灯盏花素治疗不稳定型心绞痛,未见明显副作用,使用安全,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the treatment effect of the sheng mai(生脉)injection combining the deng zhan hua su(灯盏花素)injection for the unstable angina pectoris.Methods 84 cases of the unstable angina pectoris patients randomly were divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with the routine synthetic methods.The treatment group was treated with the routine methods in addition sheng mai injection combining the deng zhan hua su.The treatment effects of 2 groups were evaluated according to the treatment effect standards and the electrocardiogram characteristics.Results The total effective rate in treatment group is 93.2% and in control group is 72.5% according to the treatment effect standards. The total effective rate in the treatment group is 90.9% and in the control group is 65.0% according to the electrocardiogram characteristics. The treatment effects of the treatment group obviously are superior to the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The sheng mai injection combining the deng zhan hua su for treatment of the unstable angina pectoris have evident not side effects. Their usage is safe and can is spread to the clinics.
