北豆根、山豆根水煎液对白色念珠菌的抗菌作用

摘　　要：目的研究北豆根、山豆根水煎液对白色念珠菌的作用。方法用沙氏培养基二倍稀释法测定药物对白色念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MBC)值,采用菌落法绘制时间-抑菌率曲线。结果北豆根水煎液对白色念珠菌的MIC为80mg/L,山豆根水煎液对白色念珠菌的MIC为25mg/L。两药液无MBC。结论北豆根水煎液能抑制白色念珠菌生长,抑制作用弱于山豆根水煎液,山豆根水煎液抑菌较强。Objective Aim To study the effecs of Rhizoma Menispermi Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Boiled liquid against candida albicans.Methods The minimal inhibitory concentration MIC and the minimal bactericidal concentration MBC of Rhizoma Menispermi Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Boiled liquid against candida were determined by the means of double dilution method with sabouraud agar .The time-inhibitory bacteria rate curves against candida albicans had been plotted with the colony counts.Results The MIC of Rhizoma Menispermi Boiled liquid against candida albicans was 80mg/L.The MIC of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Boiled liquid was 25mg/L. Two medicine fluids to candida albicans have not MBC.Conclusion It was indicated that the effect of Rhizoma Menispermi Boiled liquid against candida albicans was to retard the growth of fungi.Its bacteriostasis was low than that of Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Boiled liquid. Radix Sophorae Tonkinensis Boiled liquid showed strong.
