摘　　要：目的探讨重度妊高征终止妊娠的时机和方式对母儿的影响。方法对35例重度妊高征进行了回顾性分析研究。观察新生儿的窒息率和死亡率。结果产前子痫3例,产时子痫2例,产后子痫1例,先兆子痫30例。母亲全部存活。剖宫产率82.86%,新生儿的窒息率35.7%,围产儿死亡率12.5%。结论治疗重度妊高征,适时终止妊娠是极重要的手段,终止妊娠的方式首选剖宫产。Objective To study the relationship between the time and method of pregnancy termination and the outecome of mothers and newborns.Methods thirty-five pregnant women suffered from severe pregnsncy indnced hypertension were eneolled for study. The rates of neonatal asphyxia,perinatal morlaliry were observed.Results pre-eclampsia 30, eclampsia5、There was no maternal death. The cesarean section rate was 82.86%.Neonatal asphgxia rate was 35.7%, the perinatal mortality rate was 12.5%.Conclusion In severe pregnancy induced hypertension, pregnancy should be terminated in time pregnancy terminated is one of the most important treatment methods, and cesarean section is the first choice.
