摘  要:目的探讨MDR1、GST-π的表达与化疗耐药及预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测47例卵巢癌组织中MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π的表达情况。结果①MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π阳性表达的患者对化疗的有效率分别为34.5%和34.6%,而阴性患者对化疗的有效率则为77.8%和71.4%。两者比较差异有显著性。②复发患者的肿瘤组织中MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π阳性表达率明显高于初治组。③在预后方面,MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π表达阳性的患者比阴性的患者差。结论①MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π阳性表达的患者化疗疗效差。②复发患者的肿瘤组织中MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π表达阳性率明显高于初治组,提示卵巢癌对化疗药物特别是铂类药物可能有获得性耐药,与肿瘤组织在接受化疗后出现基因激活有关。③MDR1(P-gp)、GST-π的阳阴性表达与化疗预后相关。Objective To study the relationship between MDR1(P- gp) and GST- πwith resistance to chemotherapy andprognosis. Methods The expression of MDR1(P- gp)、GST- πwere detected by immunohistochemical method in ovari-an tissue(47 cases). Results ①It was 34.5% and 34.6% in group of MDR(+)and 77.8%和 71.4% in group of MDR(- ).The result showed the expression of MDR1(P- gp) and GST- πwas related to response of chemotherapy. ② The expres-sion rate of MDR1 (P- gp) and GST- πwas obviously higher in patients received chemotherapy before operation thanthose without chemotherapy.③The prognosis of MDR(+) was worse than that of MDR(- ). Conclutions ① The re-sponse of chemotherapy in group of MDR (+) was not well. ②The expression rate of MDR1 (P- gp) and GST- πwasobviously higher in patients received chemotherapy before operation than those without chemotherapy.It showed that o-varian cancer perhaps had receiving- non- desdpondence to chemotherapy expecially the drug of cis- platinum.It had re-lationship with actived genes in tummor.③ The expression rate of MDR1(P- gp) and GST- πhad relationship with theprognosis.
