摘　　要：目的探讨胸腔镜对恶性胸腔积液治疗的优点。方法对35例恶性胸腔积液患者在胸腔镜辅助下行胸膜固定术。结果所有患者手术均成功,随访3个月,无胸腔积液复发。结论胸腔镜辅助下对恶性胸腔积液行胸膜固定术有创伤小、效果好等优点。Objective To explore the superiority of thoracoscopy in treating malignant Pleural effusion.Methods Pleural immobilization were performed in 35patients with malignant pleural effusion under thoracoscopy.Results The pleural effusions of all the patients were improved completely. Norecurrence was found during a follow-up of 3 months term.Conclusion Thoracoscopy has satisfactory value for diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion. The pleural immobilization with thoracoscopy has advantages of small wound and good efficacy.
