摘　　要：目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成患者置入下腔静脉滤器预防肺动脉血栓的临床疗效。方法34例经彩超证实为下肢深静脉血栓患者,于下腔静脉内置入滤器,然后经患肢的足背静脉推注尿激酶进行溶栓治疗,观察疗效,并随访肺栓塞的发生情况。结果34例患者下腔静脉滤器均展开良好,无移位。其中,痊愈6例,显效24例,有效4例,无效0例。随访1-12月未发现肺动脉栓塞发生。结论下肢深静脉血栓形成患者置入下腔静脉滤器可有效预防肺栓塞的发生。Objective 'lb study the effect of the filter of interior vena cava 'or treating ~ower limb deep venous thrombosis(DVT) for prevention of fatal pulmonary embolism formation.Methods Thirty-four patients of Doppler echocardiography proved DVT underwent preventive 1VC filter placement for thrombolysis by urokinase . Antegrade infusion of urokinase was performed via. the dorsalis pedis vein o~ the involved lower limb. The procedure of thrombolysis was performed in ICU Ward where the patients were closely monitored clinically and laboratorially.Results A total of 34 IVC filters were successfully deployed without disposition and migration. The therapeutic effects were divided into four scales as follows: complete disappearance of the venous thrombosis tn=6); remarkable effective treatment (n=24); effective treatment tn=4); and ineffective treatment tn=0). Followed up for a period of I to 12 months, no puhnonary embolism occurred.Conclusion The inferior vena filter implantation of patients of lower limb deep venous thrombosis is a safe and effective method to prevent pulmonary thromboembolism.
