LEEP刀联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结宫颈电环切除术(LEEP术)联合保妇康栓治疗宫颈病变的疗效。方法采用LEEP术联合保妇康栓对82例宫颈病变患者进行治疗,包括慢性宫颈炎(宫颈外翻、复发性及难治性宫颈炎),宫颈湿疣,宫颈上皮肉瘤样变等,对其疗效做回顾性分析。结果LEEP术无需麻醉,手术时间短,平均4.6min,出血少,平均6.2ml,并发症少,联合保妇康栓治疗,一次性治愈率高。结论LEEP术联合保妇康栓对包括炎症、损伤、癌前病变、HPV感染等宫颈病变是一种较理想的治疗手段。Objective To summarize the effects of LEEP combined with Baofukang Suppository in treatment of cervical diseases.Methods 82 patients with cervical diseases underwent LEEP combined with Baofukang Suppository.The cervical lesions included chronic cervicitis(cervical eversionrecurrent cervical cervicitis and intractable cervicitis)cervical condyloma acuminatumcervical intraepithelial neoplascia.The effects of treatment were analysed retrospectively .Results The procedure time of LEEP was short and adout 4.6 minutes without anesthesia.The bleeding of LEEP was 6.2ml, the complications were few and the cure rate was high combined with Baofukang Suppository .Conclusions LEEP combined with Baofukang Suppository is an ideal method of cervical diseases treatment.
